Morris Dancers of England are normally formatted on DVD-R to PAL standard. 4.3 ratio. Standard definition. Not region encoded. NTSC available for North America although subsequent compression may reduce quality.
DVD-Rs will play on DVD players that are able to play such disks and on computers with appropriate viewing software with DVD drives capable of x2 speed. Please ensure your player is capable of playing DVD-R before ordering. Check your user manual. DVD+ available on request.
If you experience difficulty playing a DVD-R, use a soft static free cloth and carefully wipe the non-label side of the disk. If it continues to fail (when DVDs continue to play correctly) use a lens cleaning disk on the system.
High definition televisions. To ensure high quality playback we recommend the use of a DVD player offering upscaling.
